Welcome To My World - My mental breakdown

It is now over 3 years later and I am recovered but I intend to keep this site as a personal log of my own development. I hope it also helps any reader to develop their own thoughts on these issues too and maybe if we are lucky we will meet one day and share our stories.

It was an amazing time breaking down when I saw and learned so many new things. It gives you a new perspective and taken positively can be a real awakening. Just like any journey (and for a time I was locked up in a hospital being given drugs, - believe it or not the man in the bed beside me died on my first night inside it was awful to hear his guttering breaths and the work of the staff to try and keep him alive and the sound of the ambulance coming in the distance) thankfully this incarceration only lasted a short time (sufficient for me to make good friends with the other inmates and staff many of whom were very nice). But this is another story……
